MY SALON Suite Named Best of the Best by Franchise Business Review

Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm, announced that MY SALON Suite has been named to their annual list of the Top 200 Franchise companies. The list, titled 2017 Top Franchises Report, ranked hundreds of participating franchise companies by their overall levels of franchise owner satisfaction.
MY SALON Suite was ranked in the top 50 percent, beating out the competition to land in the list.

The Franchise Business Review Top 200 ranking puts MY SALON Suite into an elite group of the best franchise companies in the country. More than 3,000 companies franchise in the United States, but only those with exemplary fundamentals, great financial position and high franchisee satisfaction scores earn a spot in the ranking.
MY SALON Suite was among 334 franchise brands, representing more than 30,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Reviews research, which was conducted between May 2015 and November 2016. MY SALON Suite’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions in the areas of financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of franchisor), general satisfaction and the franchisee community. An additional 16 questions asked franchisees about their market area, demographics, business lifestyle, overall enjoyment running their franchise and role in the franchisee community.
The survey data showed the following: franchisees gave MY SALON Suite an overall score of 4.2 out of 5, 4.5 out of 5 for core values and 4.4 out of 5 for franchise community. More than 85 percent of MY SALON Suite franchisees participated in the survey.
