Suite Management Franchising has a home office team that is continually growing to better train and represent the ever-expanding group of franchise partners in the MY SALON Suite® and Salon Plaza® systems. We’re pleased to announce that our franchise development team is growing, too! Pete Nash, Colleen O’Brien and Kris Nieb are all coming aboard with a wealth of franchise experience and knowledge about franchise growth.
Pete joins Suite Management Franchising with a background as a franchise coach and franchise owner – he’ll be working closely with franchise coaches and consultants and their candidates to see if MY SALON Suite and Salon Plaza are the right fit for their needs.
Pete has owned and operated a Sport Clips franchise as well as 4 other franchises in the Charlotte, North Carolina area for more almost 20 years, where he enjoyed entrepreneurial success while simultaneously working as a franchise business coach for The Entrepreneur’s Source. His passion for franchising is evident in the work that he does, helping other interested franchise candidates find successful franchise ownership.
Colleen is working with Suite Management Franchising as a consultant to handle all of our organic leads. She is responsible for introducing us to All Points Public Relations, the PR firm that works with the Suite Management Franchising home office and franchisees to gain national, regional and local publicity to promote the brands. Colleen is also responsible for handling franchise candidates inquiring online.
Prior to joining Suite Management Franchising, Colleen has firsthand experience in franchise ownership as she and her husband Dan own a Unishipper location in the Indianapolis area. She has worked in franchise development for Kona Ice and also moonlights as an adjunct professor at the University of Indianapolis’ Graduate School of Business. She is the author of The Franchise Game, which helps both franchisors and franchisees understand what goes on in the franchise sales process.
Kris Nieb comes to Suite Management Franchising after specializing in franchise sales and financing. He is heavily vested in the setup of proprietary sales development programs, which produce quick and actionable results. His previous list of franchise/franchisee clients have experienced as much as 80 percent increases in closed deal/awarded unit activities, generating over $100+ million in revenue.
Kris understands the world of entrepreneurial franchising and business consulting from the inside out. Whether it involves guiding clients to proper concepts, sustainability or franchise financing options, Nieb operates as a standout consultant in navigating his clients toward successful and independent futures. For prospective clients looking for a true transition to an entrepreneurship role, Nieb is well known for providing a laser focus and unmatched capabilities.
Kris began his career development path by rising through the ranks of a smaller franchise concept that recently sold to a very large financial group. Nieb then transitioned into a top small business and entrepreneurial consultant while working with FranChoice, a top national franchise consultant group. Within his first year of service, he was ranked in the top-20 in consultant sales out of 150 employees.
Kris later went on to become the senior vice-president of sales for a top-flight national health and wellness franchise group before launching a franchise develop company. With over 19 years of direct franchise experience in numerous categories and channels, Nieb brings a wealth of understanding, perspective and personable skills to his profession and clients to ensure everyone reaches their personal and professional goals.
